In an educational institution, ethical behavior and conduct are to be followed by all the participants in the teaching – learning- evaluation process. Ethical dimensions of an Educational Institution cannot be ignored and it has a significant impact on society at large. The basic cultures instilled on campus are universal brotherhood, self-confidence development, a broad and open mind to help the poor and needy, empathy for the oppressed and ready-to-help attitudes. True gender equality can be reached when students’ are given equal access and use of resources, equal participation in all activities and safety or freedom from violence.
